Delivery Driver

Drivers are responsible for safe, HIPAA-compliant delivery of prescriptions and over-the-counter items in

Kiowa County. Delivery hours are currently 3:00-6:00pm. Number of hours per week dependent on

number of deliveries requested by customers.

• Pay range: $14-16 per hour, with a full hour guaranteed per day

• Delivery car provided and insured by pharmacy.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must have clean driving record and valid driver’s license

• Must pass a drug screening

• Must pass pharmacy-provided HIPAA and fraud training

• Must be available during delivery hours

Clerk

Clerks are responsible for running the point-of-sale register, helping customers, answering phones, and

routine cleaning/restocking duties. Clerk hours are 10am-6pm.

• Pay range: $8-12 per hour, full time or part time

• Full time benefits available

Requirements:

• Must be 16 years of age or older

• Must pass employer-provided HIPAA and fraud training

• Must pass a drug screening

• Ability to stand for a majority of the shift

Desired skills:

• Self-driven, able to work and problem solve independently

• Team player, able to work together with the entire pharmacy team and communicate effectively

• Experience with a point-of-sale software system

• Excellent customer service skills

Technician

Technicians are responsible for filling prescription medications, troubleshooting insurance and other

claim issues, answering phones, working with pharmacy customers to ensure best care, and providing

support to pharmacists on duty. Technician hours are available between 9am-6pm.

• Pay range: $12-18 per hour, dependent on experience and other relevant experience

• Part time positions available for Certified Technicians (CPhT), otherwise full time hours required to gain needed training

• Full time benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, employer-sponsored HRA, Simple IRA with match

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must pass full background check

• Must pass a drug screening

• Must pass employer-provided HIPAA and fraud training

• Ability to stand for a majority of the shift. Ability to open and close child-proof containers

without restriction. Ability to lift boxes up to 20 pounds.

Desired skills:

• Experience with PioneerRx, or other pharmacy management software system

• National certification with ExCPT or PTCB, or other healthcare work experience

• Excellent customer service skills

• Self-motivated and independent worker

• Exceptional communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
