Case Manager The Children's Community Based Services (CBS) Department is offering a full-time position as a Case Manager (would also provide attendant care, parent support, wraparound facilitation, and assistance with psychosocial groups). This person will be assisting families with treatment planning and will work with children/adolescents with a serious emotional disturbance on interventions to teach them how to manage behaviors to reach their treatment plan goals. Experience in treatment planning, problem solving, crisis intervention and working with multi-disciplinary agencies would be helpful. Must have good social and communication skills. Requires a bachelor’s degree and/or comparable work experience. Flexible hours which will include some evening hours. Competitive wage with excellent benefits.
