Roles & Responsibilities:

Irrigation equipment operation and repair Tillage, planting, spraying, and harvesting operation and repair Livestock work Chemical, seed and fertilizer handling Semi-truck driving (CDL preferred; must be eligible and willing to get CDL) Grain handling

Qualities Preferred:

Honest Responsible Motivated Team Player Willing to learn new technologies Ability to work independently when needed Ability and willingness to work long hours during peak seasons Ability to meet physical demands of job

Wages:

Hourly; paid semimonthly Commensurate with experience and skill sets
